1/8th Cow Share

Before making your order, please understand it takes us on average 4-weeks to prepare your Cow Share and ensure we give the best quality steaks available.  If we're speedy it can be as short as three-weeks and if we're slammed in a busy season it may take five.  We'll keep in contact with you so you're fully informed of when to expect your Cow Share and especially if there are any delays.

SNAP/EBT Beneficiaries, please come down to the Saturday - Waianae Makeke Farmer's Market (8AM-12PM) to make your order.

50+ lbs. Hawaii-Raised Grass-Fed Beef

• 5+ lbs. Premium Steaks
  • May Include Ribeyes, Tenderloin, and/or Striploin Steaks
    
• 5+ lbs. Assorted Share Steaks
  • May Include Flank, Skirt, Bavette, Picanha and/or Tritip

• Family Cuts
  • 12 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 10 lbs. Boneless Beef for Stew
  • 5 lbs. Beef Sliced for BBQ or Beef Cut for Stir Fry
  • 7 lbs. Slow Cooking Cuts
    • May include a combination of Boneless Chuck Roast, Beef Shanks (Osso Bucco), London Broil Roast, or other Family Roast Cuts
  • 2 lbs. Sirloin Steaks
  • 2 lbs. Kalbi Short Ribs or Beef Short Ribs for Stew
  • 32 oz. Beef Stock for Stews, Soups & Gravy
