Hawaiian Wild Deer Share

Thanks for helping us fight back again invasive species in Hawaii. Axis Deer are a highly prolific and damaging species ravaging Hawaiian Forests, Farms and Pastures.  Thankfully they're also delicious.  Our company works with small USDA-inspected wild harvesting programs across the State of Hawaii to help protect small family farms and Native Hawaiian forests.  

Before making your order, please understand it takes us on average 4-weeks to prepare your Hawaiian Wild Deer Share and ensure we give the best quality cuts available.  If we're speedy it can be as short as two-weeks and if we're slammed in a busy season it may take five.  We'll keep in contact with you so you're fully informed of when to expect your Deer Share and especially if there are any delays.
